Shane and the team at Place Newmarket made the transition from recently purchasing our investment property to tenancy smooth and efficient. Due to his proactive approach towards establishing our newly purchased property on the rental market, we had confirmed tenants within 3 days of listing the property!! Shane and the team maintained excellent and reassuring levels of communication throughout the process, keeping us informed along the way.
We purchased through Place Newmarket and now have the property managed through them also. Overall, it has been positive experience from the initial open house that we attended through to tenants moving in. This endeavour hasn’t been without inevitable challenges, however because of Shane, Lachlan and Sandra these nuances have been appropriately managed and solutions have been achieved.
