Based on the amount of detail and effort they went to in documenting the entry and exit condition report you can tell that these guys really take their job seriously.
We had Mia as our manager and she dealt with all issues that arose promptly and professionally. She came across as honest and respectful, and I think that resulted in us feeling more committed to looking after the property.
Overall good experience, would recommend.
