I was approached by an out of area property owner who was recommended to me by their daughter who lives and owns a home in Stafford Heights.
I spoke with the sellers of 22 Costello Place, Stafford Heights over the phone initially and established they had owned this little low set brick home as an investment property for 30 years! During this 30 years no structural work or renovations had ever really been done on the property.
Prior to advertising I made sure the property was vacant and clean. However knowing improvements to the home would be essential for the next purchaser, no real money was spent repairing anything.

With multiple offers being presented to the sellers, we were able to negotiate a fantastic price that both clients (sellers & buyers) and the neighbours were ecstatic with.
The younger buyers’ parents own in the next street over, and as a builder he is planning a cosmetic renovation of vinyl flooring, carpet, new kitchen and window coverings.
